The Warren County Library Film Festival seeks to provide a venue for local and regional filmmakers of all ages to showcase their work. In conjunction with the themes of this year's summer reading program "Be Creative," and "Express Yourself," the festival seeks to entertain and inspire the creativity within the participants. The library itself hopes to serve as a valuable resource with which to explore the creative curiosities, ambitions and projects of the community.
