Submission Guidelines: All work submitted must be the original creation of the film/video maker.  All submissions must include a viewing copy of the project on either DVD or VHS.  If the work is on an alternate format please enclose an explanation of the project within the description.  Submissions must be accompanied by a complete submission and permission form.  All ages are encouraged to submit work and may enter more than one submission. Content will not be restricted with the exception of exceedingly gratuitous adult themed work.  The festival reserves the right to decline a submission based on failure to follow these guidelines. 

Notification of Selection: Film and video makers will be notified mid August whether or not their submission has been accepted to the festival.
