Reserve a Small Group at the CDH Branch in Blairstown

The Catherine Dickson Hofman Branch has two small group rooms which are available for collaborative work and short meetings by informal small groups.

How It Works

• Groups of between 2 and 5 people are allowed to reserve a room up to 30 days in advance
• At least 2 members of your group must be present in order to access the room
• Individuals may use vacant rooms on a first come/first served basis 
• Individuals cannot make advance reservations for the rooms
• You must be a Warren County Library member in good standing.
• You must be 18 years old or older.
• Minors are not allowed to use the group rooms, even when accompanied by an adult.
• You may use a group room for a maximum of 3 hours each day (Monday – Saturday). If there are no pending reservations, members can extend their use of a room by up to 3 hours each day.  
• Room occupancy is limited to 5 persons.
• Members using the study rooms must adhere to all library policies, including, but not limited to the Code of Conduct

Small Group Room Policy 

Reserve a Group Room Online
If you're a group, you can reserve the room in advance. Select the date, which room you want to reserve, and the time.
Click Reserve.
Enter your card number and PIN. Click Done. 
Let us know how many people are in your group, confirm no one is under 18, and click next.
Review the information and click on Reserve.
